Howyou’llmake an impact
As a Territory Relationship Manager, you’ll develop strong relationships with FCC’s Alliance partners to support and expand the Input Financing Program. Your role will focus on adding value and identifying opportunities within the crop input sector, ensuring partners have access to financial solutions that meet their customers’ need s for seed, fertilizer, and other related inputs. You’ll play a key role in delivering a seamless customer experience while driving to reach and effectiveness of FCC’s I nput P rogram .

Manage business-to-business relationships with crop input partners generating over $2.4B annually

Meet program targets and maintain strong partner relationships through regular reviews and needs assessments

Travel extensively within your territory to support partners and identify growth opportunities

Collaborate across business lines to enhance customer experience using FCC’s full value proposition

Provide training on Alliance products, processes, and tools
-
Identify risk situations and support next steps with leadership
-
Ensure smooth information and documentation flow between Alliance partners and FCC teams
-
Communicate and work with executives and business leaders
Whatyou’llbring to the team
Required qualifications:
-
A degree in agriculture, business, commerce or finance plus at least four years of related experience (or equivalent)

Proven experience with business development and consultation
-
Knowledge of industry trends, lending, marketing and sales practices
-
Understanding of corporate structures and program management
-
Ability and willingness to travel extensively (up to 70%)
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with credit and risk analysis
