Who We’re Looking For:

  • 1+ years of experience in automotive sales or commission‑based sales

  • Passion for sales, customer service, and relationship building

  • Motivated, professional, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment

  • Valid VSA license and BC Class 5 driver’s license with a clean abstract

  • Strong ability to create and maintain long‑term customer relationships

  • Proficiency with MS Office, Outlook, and CRM systems such as DealerSocket or similar

Schedule: Full‑Time

Compensation: $50,000-$150,000 per year (Full Commission)

What Your Day Will Look Like:

  • Promote and sell new and pre‑owned vehicles with a customer‑focused approach
  • Educate customers on vehicle features, options, and available finance solutions
  • Complete all sales documentation accurately and efficiently
  • Stay informed on automotive products, programs, incentives, and industry trends
  • Develop new business through prospecting, referrals, and follow‑up
  • Maintain ongoing communication to build trust and long‑term customer relationships
