Align Orthodontics is looking for a friendly, organized, and enthusiastic Experienced Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator to join our vibrant team on a 1-year contract with the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to the smiles (and confidence!) of our community!

  • Support the Orthodontist with assessments and data collection.
  • Present treatment plans and financial options in a clear, compassionate way.
  • Guide families through every step of their orthodontic journey—from first visit to first smile.
  • Collaborate across clinical and admin teams for seamless patient care.
  • Promote a warm, inclusive clinic environment and celebrate patient wins!

What You Bring

  • A positive, patient-first attitude and outstanding communication skills.
  • 1+ year in a dental front office or treatment coordinator role is an asset.
  • Level II Dental Assistant certification or clinical background? Even better!
  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, dental software).
  • A natural team player, passionate about learning and helping others thrive.
