What you’ll do…
Operations
- Handling data entry of Product Information Management (PIM) ticketing including maintenance, removals, new builds, etc.…
- Tracking, following up and closing tickets with contractors. Communicating back to sales teams and others on repair status.
- Support monitoring of the weekly OOH posting schedule with Inventory Control for all product channels.
- Communicate with Charting and Sales Coordinating departments on Sales Reps posting matters and issues.
- Communicating with contractors on posting materials and related issues such as no copy/late paper on a daily basis – paper counts, posting updates special instructions, material audits etc.…
- Handling of couriers & shipping for the office (not sure if this is just a Serina thing)
- Point of contact for BC Hydro accounting inquiries
- Product Inventory building – Audit and update inventory on a regular basis
Leasing
- Working on day-to-day Leasing activity by using internal software system
- Administrative functions with leases (new and renewal) per acquired basis
- Tracking monthly lease payment status
- Handling Municipal Contra Advertising contracts
- Provide Lease Reports on a quarterly basis
- Provide Revenue/Cost analysis per acquired basis
- Dealing with Accounting department on lease and hydro payment issues including audit report
- Ensure complete and accurate filing (hardcopy and electronic) of all lease documents.
- General administrative support responsibilities including typing, filing, scheduling, proofreading correspondence, and data entry.
Who you are…
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Superior computer skills within the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Ability and willingness to become proficient with internal software programs.
- Attention to detail and accuracy, particularly in terms of data input.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to complete and prioritize multiple tasks under time sensitive deadlines.
- Willing to take on new tasks and assignments as required.
- Self-directed worker who works effectively with minimal supervision.
- Must be professional, positive, and looking for a long-term career.
