Must Have 12+ years leading transformation: Proven success driving large-scale business transformations with measurable impact; track record of turning complex, multi-year initiatives into clear wins Leadership at scale: Experience building and leading teams of 10+ transformation professionals; ability to inspire high performance Portfolio management: Proven ability to manage multiple large programs simultaneously, prioritizing resources, managing dependencies, and delivering results across complex organizations Executive influence: Exceptional ability to align senior leaders and diverse teams; proven success building partnerships, removing roadblocks, and securing commitment to ambitious goals Clear communication: Can distill complex strategies into compelling narratives that resonate with different audiences—from frontline teams to the C-suite 8+ years in financial services: Deep, hands-on experience in banking or insurance transformation, strategy, or operations; thorough understanding of regulatory requirements and operational complexity in financial services Nice-to-have 5+ years of insurance-specific experience, with deep knowledge of RBCI's business, products, and market MBA or equivalent advanced business education Formal Program/Project Management Certification (PMP, Agile, SAFe, or equivalent) Board-level exposure or experience presenting to senior governance forums Experience with organizational change management frameworks and enterprise-wide adoption strategies What’s in it for you?
