We are seeking a compassionate, licensed Clinical Psychologist specialized in neuro-focused care to join our expanding interdisciplinary team. Our clinic specializes in delivering evidence-based, proactive care for individuals recovering from complex trauma. In this role, you will work within a highly collaborative network of clinicians (including OTs, psychotherapists, and physiotherapists) to provide integrated, life-changing treatment plans.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive psychological and neuro-focused assessments for clients navigating complex trauma and brain injuries. Develop and deliver tailored, evidence-based treatment plans utilizing modalities suited to trauma recovery (e.g., CBT, EMDR, or neuro-affirming approaches). Complete high-quality documentation and assessments required for medical-legal and motor vehicle accident (MVA) claims. Collaborate closely with our multidisciplinary clinical team to support holistic client outcomes.
What We Are Looking For
Experience: 1+ years of relevant clinical experience in trauma recovery, neuro-focused psychology, or brain injury rehabilitation. Licensure: Registered (or eligible for registration) with the College of Psychologists of Ontario (CPO). Skillset: Strong familiarity with trauma-informed practices and an understanding of the intersection between physical neurological trauma and mental health. Approach: A compassionate, client-centered communicator who thrives in a collaborative, team-based environment.
