About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate, licensed Clinical Psychologist specialized in neuro-focused care to join our expanding interdisciplinary team. Our clinic specializes in delivering evidence-based, proactive care for individuals recovering from complex trauma. In this role, you will work within a highly collaborative network of clinicians (including OTs, psychotherapists, and physiotherapists) to provide integrated, life-changing treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive psychological and neuro-focused assessments for clients navigating complex trauma and brain injuries. Develop and deliver tailored, evidence-based treatment plans utilizing modalities suited to trauma recovery (e.g., CBT, EMDR, or neuro-affirming approaches). Complete high-quality documentation and assessments required for medical-legal and motor vehicle accident (MVA) claims. Collaborate closely with our multidisciplinary clinical team to support holistic client outcomes.

What We Are Looking For

Experience: 1+ years of relevant clinical experience in trauma recovery, neuro-focused psychology, or brain injury rehabilitation. Licensure: Registered (or eligible for registration) with the College of Psychologists of Ontario (CPO). Skillset: Strong familiarity with trauma-informed practices and an understanding of the intersection between physical neurological trauma and mental health. Direct Placement Roles

Compensation: $140,000 to $210,000 per year annual salary. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role may include healthcare insurance offerings and paid leave as provided by applicable law.
