Maintaining and improving practices and actively participating in the improvement of our production equipment—a stimulating challenge that matches your expertise!
In this position, you will have the opportunity to:
- Lead production process improvement projects, from the design phase to implementation.
- Collaborate on the design of workstations and production lines.
- Analyze production flows and propose solutions to improve productivity.
- Participate in the selection and integration of new equipment and/or technologies.
- Analyze, propose, and implement work methods to reduce non-value-added activities, sources of waste, and accident risks
- Train and support teams in the adoption of new practices or tools
- Lead Kaizen workshops and annual strategic planning
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards

With the following skills and qualities, you will be successful in this role:
- Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering
- Three (3) years of relevant experience in a similar position
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and concepts
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Solidworks
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously within the required deadlines
