Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Registered Massage Therapist located in Ancaster, ON. The therapist will provide high-quality therapeutic and relaxation massage treatments tailored to individual client needs, helping to manage pain, reduce stress, and improve overall wellness. Daily responsibilities include conducting client assessments, maintaining accurate treatment records, and recommending appropriate treatment plans. The therapist will collaborate with other wellness professionals in the clinic, support a welcoming and inclusive client experience, and adhere to professional standards and clinic protocols. Additional duties include maintaining a clean and safe treatment space and participating in ongoing professional development as required. Qualifications Skills in therapeutic massage techniques, including body massage and Shiatsu, with a focus on client safety and effective treatment outcomes. Ability to support clients with stress management through appropriate therapeutic massage approaches. Strong customer service skills, with the ability to create a welcoming, respectful, and inclusive environment for all clients. Valid registration and good standing with the applicable provincial massage therapy regulatory body (e.g., CMTO for Ontario). Graduate of an accredited massage therapy program. Ability to work flexible clinic hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to ethical and professional practice. Experience working in a multidisciplinary or wellness clinic environment is an asset.
