What You’ll Accomplish With Us As a Manager, you’ll be at the core of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a team of approximately ten professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Oversee the production and analysis of financial results, budgets, regulatory reports, and financial projections for the U.S. Dealers business line.
- Support the integration of acquisitions and the financial preparation of results.
- Conduct experience studies, review actuarial assumptions annually, and contribute to research and development projects.
- Collaborate with corporate risk management and consolidation teams to achieve strategic objectives.
- Ensure successful execution of new product development and management of the existing product portfolio.
- Understand and support the financial strategy of reinsurance and key controls.
- Contribute to capital deployment strategies for the U.S. Dealers sector.
- Lead and participate in strategic projects aimed at optimizing the financial performance of the business line.
- Implement strategies to manage product-related risks, including changes in product offerings and macroeconomic conditions.
- Drive continuous improvement of processes and implement quality control measures to manage regulatory and operational risks.
- Act as a change agent to support strategic planning for both the CFO and U.S. Dealers teams.

- Is known for their strategic thinking and business acumen.

- Has at least 7 years of experience in finance, actuarial science, or accounting.
- Holds a bachelor’s degree in actuarial science, finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Possesses a recognized professional designation (FSA, FCAS, CPA, or CFA).
- Proficiency in spoken and written French.
Advanced knowledge of the English language, both spoken and written, enabling the understanding and explanation of specialized expert topics with English-speaking partners in the Dealer Services and U.S. Business sectors. ________________________________________
