This person is an energetic team player, passionate about fashion who will support our Account Manager to drive revenue Working with our ALDO brands based in Montreal. The key link between the ALDO Group’s accounts and supply chain teams, the account coordinator ensures consistency in reporting, analytics, pricing.
Responsibilities
Client & Account Support
-
Assist in managing day-to-day client communications and support account manager in delivering client needs.
-
Responsible for preparing client reports and performance summaries using Excel
-
Monitor account performance metrics and flag opportunities or risks to the account team.

Perform data entry
-
Attend meetings with customers at need through weekly calls and Market Week
-
Support the preparation of customer sell in appointments: Product catalogs, Order intake, Order overview & order confirmations
Data Analysis & Reporting
-
Build and maintain dashboards and trackers in Excel to support account planning and forecasting.
-
Analyze sales and inventory to identify trends and actionable insights.
-
Support monthly and quarterly business reviews with data-driven insights.
Process Improvement
-
Identify inefficiencies in reporting or account workflows and propose improvements.
-
Automate repetitive tasks using Excel formulas, pivot tables, and macros where applicable.
Market & Competitor Analysis
-
Conduct competitive benchmarking and market research to support strategic account decisions.
-
Monitor pricing, assortment, and promotional strategies across key competitors
Requirements
- Strong analytical and communicative skills
- Ability to interpret and present data in a business-relevant way
- Strong knowledge of all Microsoft office programs.
- Detail oriented, ability to coordinate communication between many departments
- Professional proficiency in English, written & spoken considering constant communications with our international clients.
