The Role: Plant Utility
Are you looking to start or grow your career in a dynamic, hands-on production environment? Join our team in Vanscoy, SK, as a Plant Utility Worker—a key entry-level role within our lentil/pea processing operations.
You'll gain valuable experience across all plant functions with opportunities to grow into an Operator role over time.
What You’ll Do
- Learn and perform a variety of plant operations—training provided
- Be cross-trained in multiple roles to support operational needs
- Troubleshoot equipment and machinery safely and efficiently
- Carry out general sanitation duties following food safety protocols (GMP, HACCP)
- Handle materials and conduct light maintenance work
- Follow all health and safety regulations, including EHS requirements

- A strong commitment to safety and the ability to work independently
- Clear communication skills and the ability to follow instructions
- Comfortable with shift work, overtime, and weekends
- Basic computer literacy, good numeracy, and attention to detail
- Ambition to grow your career—this role offers potential for advancement
