Role Description The Dental Receptionist is a full-time, on-site role based in Oakville, ON. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Appointment Scheduling skills, including managing calendars, confirming appointments, and organizing follow-up visits. Candidates should possess knowledge of basic Dental Care concepts to understand common procedures, terminology, and patient needs. Candidates should possess professional Phone Etiquette and Communication skills to handle calls, provide information, and interact effectively with patients and team members. Candidates should possess core Receptionist Duties skills, including greeting patients, managing front desk operations, and handling administrative tasks. Additional beneficial qualifications include experience in a dental or medical office, familiarity with dental practice management software, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a busy environment. A high school diploma or equivalent is required; post-secondary education or formal training in office administration, medical/dental reception, or a related field is an asset.
