About the company

Our client is a venture-backed AI startup that just closed a $5.3M seed round from a strong syndicate of investors. They are building an AI-powered intake platform purpose-built for the way law firms actually work. Legal intake today is a maze of forms, phone calls, and dropped leads, and most people give up before they ever get help. Their platform autonomously manages high-stakes client journeys in a heavily regulated industry, giving firms steadier conversion, predictable ROI, and growth without adding headcount. The team is nine people, well funded, and punching well above its weight against much larger competitors.

The role

This is the person who owns the full post-sales delivery experience. You sit with customers, map their complex workflows, and architect the AI solution from signed contract to live production. Every implementation is like building a mini product.

What you will do

Own the post-sales customer journey: sit down with clients to deeply understand their SOPs, workflows, and current customer experience, then map out what the AI-driven experience needs to look like Translate complex business logic and customer requirements into implementation documentation and specifications for the applied AI engineering team Architect and deliver each implementation end to end, from signed contract through live production Partner daily with the applied AI engineering team to turn requirements into working agentic systems Shape the delivery playbook and internal processes from scratch, since there is no established template yet Influence product direction with a direct line to the CEO and CTO

What we are looking for

4 to 8 years in a customer-facing solutions consulting or implementation role A track record of owning end-to-end enterprise implementations in a post-sales capacity Technical fluency with APIs, webhooks, CRMs, data structures, and system integrations Experience deploying conversational AI solutions (for example Amazon Connect, LivePerson, or Genesys) for enterprise and mid-market clients Comfort operating in an early-stage environment with real ambiguity and no pre-written playbook Based in Canada, with Toronto strongly preferred

Bonus points

Experience in legal, insurance, or financial services intake operations

Background in contact center software or call center implementation (Genesys, Ada, Zoom Contact Center, Amazon Connect, Five9) Product management experience alongside implementation work

Compensation and benefits

Base salary of CA$150,000 to CA$200,000

Stock options included in the offer. At this stage and team size, the ownership stake is meaningful and tied directly to the growth you help drive.

Location and work model

Remote-first, open to candidates anywhere in Canada, with Toronto strongly preferred and a talent hub in the city Visa sponsorship is not available for this role
