Required Skills:

• At least business analysis in Information Security with a preferred focus on IAM (CIAM, IGA, PAM) projects.

• Business analysis experience for SaaS products, particularly in CIAM (OKTA, Forgerock), IGA (SailPoint, Saviynt) and PAM (CyberArk, BeyondTrust) solutions.

• Advanced experience in requirements gathering, documentation and analysis for CIAM / IGA / PAM tools implementations and integrations.

• Development and execution of testing plans.

• Knowledge of IAM related solutions such as Active Directory, Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS), Azure Active Directory, Microsoft Entra, Microsoft Authenticator, MIM, MFA, SSO.

• Understanding of security concepts, cryptography, and authentication / authorization.

• Very strong technical writing skills and project leadership experience.

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

• Self-motivated and customer service oriented.

• Experience working in a collaborative team environment.

Roles and responsibilities:

• Ability to effectively employ critical thinking and analysis to determine project scope, prioritization of work, work effort and timelines for the projects.

• Able to multi-task on multiple projects and tasks with contending priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to dynamically balance work effort for new projects and activities and assist other team members in order meet team objectives.

• Strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal and collaborative skills

• interacting with both internal and external clients and vendors from both technical and non-technical perspectives.

• A curiosity about digital/cybersecurity

• the desire and openness to upskill as required to stay pace with the current cyber threat landscape.

• experience in Requirement Gathering and Analysis.

• Knowledge of SDLC Methodologies. Working experience in Agile methodology.

• Experience in preparing Business Requirements and Process documentation.

• Good understanding of Insuranc e business
