Tasks
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance work on equipment.
- Travel between Châteauguay and Chambly to carry out interventions.
- Experience in tasks such as plastering, changing a toilet, replacing a water heater, changing a thermostat, a radiator, installing light fixtures, laying flooring, unclogging a toilet, reprogramming an intercom, changing locks.
- Diagnose faults and propose effective solutions.
- Ensure the compliance and safety of installations.
- Keep maintenance reports and technical follow-ups up to date.
- Collaborate with internal teams to plan interventions.
- Perform any other related tasks as needed.

Job requirements
- Valid driver's license and personal vehicle.
- Experience in maintenance and upkeep: 5 years (required).
- Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle (required).
- Available to take emergency calls during evenings and weekends (approximately 1 week out of 3) and able to travel during this period if there are emergencies.
- Knowledge of maintenance tools and equipment.
- Autonomy, organizational skills, and ability to work on the go.
