We’re growing — and we’re looking for a**driven, results-oriented Bilingual Business Development Representative (BDR)**who is excited about contributing to our sales engine and building a long-term career in logistics and international trade.

What You’ll Do

As a BDR at Willson International, you’ll be an essential part of our sales growth engine — driving engagement with prospective clients and championing solutions that help businesses navigate international trade.

Key Responsibilities

-Prospect and nurture new businessthrough high-volume outreach: calls, email, LinkedIn, and other channels. -Identify and qualify leadsby understanding the prospect’s needs and aligning them with the right Willson services. -Schedule discovery meetingswith Account Executives to build pipeline and contribute to revenue growth. -Collaborate cross-functionallywith sales and other teams to refine targeting strategy and improve conversion. -Track and exceed activity & performance goalswith key KPIs, consistency and professionalism.

Sales or business development experience is ideal, butdemonstrated success in goal-oriented roles(e.g., customer service, account support, competitive environments) can position you well for this role.

Knowledge and Educational Requirements

  • High School Diploma is required; College Diploma in Business Administration and or equivalent is preferred.

  • Minimum two (2) year in a telemarketing / call center outbound sales role environment, preferably within customs brokerage.

  • Solid working knowledge of MS Office Suite of products and experience with a CRM, Salesforce preferred

  • Customs or CIFFA certificate is a definite asset

  • Strong prospecting skills and negotiating/closing skills is a must -Must be bilingual in English and French.
