Compliance Administrator
Location: Calgary, AB

About The Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Compliance Administrator to support our safety and regulatory programs within a federally regulated trucking operation specializing in the transportation of petroleum and gas products. This role plays a key part in ensuring our organization remains compliant with applicable federal regulations, internal policies, and industry safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and monitor compliance with federal transportation regulations Support the administration of safety and compliance programs, including driver files, training records, and certifications, and Occupational Health and Safety Track and audit driver qualification files to ensure all required documentation (licenses, medicals, TDG training, etc.) is current and complete Coordinate and track safety training and recertifications, including TDG, WHMIS Maintain records related to dangerous goods (TDG) compliance and regulatory reporting requirements Liaise with operations, safety, and HR teams to ensure consistent compliance practices
Qualifications
Post-secondary education in a related field (or equivalent experience) 1+ years of experience in compliance, safety administration, or transportation/logistics Experience in a federally regulated environment (trucking, oil & gas, or transportation) is strongly preferred Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

High level of accuracy and attention to detail Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to interpret and apply regulatory requirements in a practical manner Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information
