Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven General Manager to oversee and optimize the company?s day-to-day operations, project execution, and team performance. This leadership role is ideal for a strategic and highly organized professional who thrives on building structure, improving operational efficiency, and driving accountability across departments.

The General Manager will collaborate closely with the executive leadership team to execute strategic initiatives, strengthen internal processes, and support sustainable company growth through operational excellence and strong people leadership.

Key Responsibilities

1. Leadership & Operational Strategy

  • Lead and oversee daily business operations to ensure alignment with organizational goals, priorities, and performance expectations.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and execute operational strategies that support long-term growth and profitability.
  • Establish clear performance standards, accountability measures, and operational benchmarks across teams.
  • Foster a high-performance culture centered on collaboration, continuous improvement, and results.
  • Mentor and support department leaders to strengthen leadership capabilities and team effectiveness.

2. Operations, Systems & Technology Management

  • Develop, implement, and refine scalable operational processes, SOPs, and reporting systems across the organization.
  • Analyze workflows and operational procedures to improve efficiency, communication, and decision-making.
  • Oversee IT operations in coordination with external Managed Service Providers (MSPs), ensuring system reliability, cybersecurity, and operational continuity.
  • Identify opportunities for technology enhancements, automation, and process modernization.
  • Manage vendor relationships, including performance oversight, service delivery, and contract administration.
  • Champion process standardization and operational best practices to support organizational scalability.

3. Project & Cross-Functional Management

  • Partner with project and development teams to ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within scope, and within budget.
  • Oversee project planning, execution milestones, resource coordination, and operational support.
  • Monitor project performance against financial targets, timelines, and business objectives.
  • Facilitate communication and alignment between departments to ensure coordinated execution of company initiatives.
  • Serve as a key operational liaison between leadership, project teams, and administrative functions.
  • Identify cross-functional dependencies and proactively resolve operational bottlenecks.

4. Human Resources & Team Development

  • Oversee core HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and retention initiatives.
  • Work with department leaders to support workforce planning, organizational development, and succession planning.
  • Ensure company policies, procedures, and compensation structures align with business objectives and compliance requirements.
  • Promote a positive and accountable workplace culture that encourages professional growth and employee engagement.
  • Lead initiatives that enhance communication, training, leadership development, and overall employee experience.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of progressive leadership and operational management experience.
  • Demonstrated success leading business operations, organizational improvement initiatives, and cross-functional teams.
