Pay Range $70,000 - $120,000 Annually

What You’ll Do

• Act as a key customer-facing representative in the service department
• Oversee service processes to ensureefficiency, accuracy, and accountability
• Drive customer satisfaction and handle escalated service concerns
• Manage goodwill and customer service cases with professionalism and care
• Write and manage repair/work orders with attention to detail
• Collaborate closely with technicians and advisors to ensure smooth workflow

Leadership Development

You’ll be supported and developed by experienced leadership:

• Directly managed by the Service Manager and General Manager
• Daily check-ins and weekly performance meetings
• Ongoing Volkswagen brand training
• Access to dealership and leadership training programs

Qualifications & Requirements

• 3+ years of previous dealership experience in a fixed operations department
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Positive attitude with a customer-first mindset
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Leadership or management experience is an asset (not required)
• Valid G Driver’s License with a clean driver’s abstract
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
