We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our Life & Health Team at BrokerLink and work out of our Woodbridge, ON branch, on a Permanent FT Basis .

What the Role Entails:
- Provide administrative support for the life and group benefits teams by assisting with policy delivery and renewals with a view to preferred client experience
- Handling and processing of daily correspondence, ensuring timely and accurate delivery and documentation in the broker management system
- Work closely with the administration team with the creation of new client profiles and triaging of new leads
- Provide excellent customer service both internally and externally
- Transacting of client premium and commission
- Provide backup support for monthly client billing reports and cross-check for accuracy and minimize errors
- Assist with special projects as required
The Successful candidate will have:

- Strong interpersonal and organization skills
- Post-Secondary Education
- Exposure to Epic is an asset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Computer skills - Keyboarding and MS Office
- Intermediate Word and Excel skills required
