What you will do:
The successful candidate will have a range of responsibilities, including:
- Supporting TST advisory engagements including IT strategy, digital transformation, and IT operating model design.
- Support the development of the Technology, Strategy, & Transformation practice.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with industry IT and business leaders
- Work with technology solution teams to identify and support implementations
- Supporting client meetings and the team in developing presentation materials for project kick-off meetings, requirements gathering, project management, presentation of results, etc.
- Supporting implementation of roadmaps across all IT domains, including process and data flow, governance frameworks, quality management programs, platform modernization & rationalization, governance frameworks, business cases, cost/benefit analyses, etc
- Supporting and guiding clients in implementing recommendations.
- Assisting with business and practice development efforts by preparing proposals, marketing material, internal and external presentations, seminar materials, articles, etc.
- Delivering high-quality work on time that meets the Firm’s quality standards and client expectations
- Working with cross-functional teams with people of diverse backgrounds and skill sets
- Applying best practice and process maturity knowledge observed in client engagements and personal research
- Travel may be up to 30%
What you bring to this role:
- Ideally, you have will have 3-5 years of post-graduation experience, with skills and/or interest in some of the following:
- Energy and utilities industry.
- Large-scale IT transformation initiatives.
- AI, enterprise architecture, cloud, cybersecurity, and digital platforms.
- ERP implementation.
- Excellent communication and executive stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
