Position Overview Calian is seeking a Standards Support Designer in the subject of Material Management Training to assist our client Department of National Defence in Borden, ON.
Responsibilities
- Preparing and maintaining Training Plans
- Generating examinations from assessment plans
- Developing assessment plans
- Analyzing examinations and provide feedback
- Actioning feedback for continuous improvement of the implementation of training and/or development of ideas for training/learning aids
Qualifications
- Must have a minimum of five (5) years' experience in the conduct of training and education evaluation (both student and programme evaluation) in the area of Material Management Training
Additional Requirements
- You will be able to obtain a Government Security Clearance at the Reliability level
- You must be able to work onsite
