About the role
We are seeking a Change Management Advisor to join the team, reporting to the HR Manager for the R&D division. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful adoption and sustained use of a major change initiative within R&D. You will play a key role in supporting the implementation of a new development process across the engineering organization and among other related stakeholders, while ensuring employees are engaged with the new ways of working.
Your future duties and responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Plan and lead the change management activities required for the project and deliver them according to the change management methodology.
- Address the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organizational structures.
- Develop and implement change management plans, including deployment strategies, to maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance.
- Provide direct support and coaching to managers and supervisors as they guide their teams through business transitions.
- Lead the communication plan and design, develop, deliver and manage communications related to the change initiative.
- Facilitate sessions to identify impacts, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders.
- Lead and support change networks and communities to ensure a smooth transition within the organization.
- Support training efforts by providing input, documenting requirements and assisting with the design and delivery of training programs.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role
Qualifications & Skills

Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and French, with the ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences.

Ability to understand and translate the needs of different groups and stakeholders.

Ability to establish and maintain strong professional relationships.
-
Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization and drive alignment toward a common vision.

Willingness to work on-site in Valcourt at least three days per week.
CGI provides a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this position. This range is determined based on various factors, including skill level, geographic market, experience, education, as well as professional licenses and certifications. Compensation decisions are made on a case-by-case basis, a reasonable estimate for the salary range of this position is between $70,000 and $120,000. This position is currently open.
