We have the perfect opportunity for you! We are looking for a Customer Experience Specialist - Chat to support and ensure the success of the chat service at Montréal-Trudeau Airport (#YUL).
Tasks
- Answer passenger’s inquiries via chat.
 - Stay up to date with passenger, service and shopping processes, as well as relevant information related to the Montréal-Trudeau airport.
 - Check the partners’ daily operations and inbox.
 - Look over the Montreal Airport website to master all information in it.
 - Provide support in information requests.
 - Check trends in ways of chatting on other websites.
 - Transfer all relevant information to the customer experience department.
 - Any other tasks related to the position.
 - If you are ready to take on new challenges, we would like to meet you!

Job requirements
- Strong written communication abilities (clarity and synthesize).
 - Excellent French and English grammar.
