Position (details)
The Senior Specialist, Advancement plays a critical role in supporting the operational readiness and lifecycle management of investment products. This role ensures product materials and data are accurate, compliant, and aligned with regulatory standards. Acting as a central liaison across product, compliance, legal, operations, and technology teams, the specialist drives workflow efficiency, supports digital enablement, and resolves product-related inquiries.
Responsibilities:

Support operational readiness for new product launches and changes to existing products.

Contribute, review and provide direction on client statement messages and form updates.

Ensure product materials, forms, and AdvantagePlus pages are accurate and compliant.

Partner with internal teams to streamline workflows and resolve product-related issues.

Support digital enablement and automation of product support processes.
-
Respond to inquiries related to product structure, eligibility, and operational procedures.
-
Ensure adherence to National Instrument 81-102 and other relevant regulations.

Support internal audits and regulatory reviews.
Requirements:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Commerce, or Accounting.

4–7 years of relevant experience.
-
Strong understanding of mutual funds, ETFs, and registered products.
-
Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills.
