About the role

Are you an experienced automotive finance professional who takes pride in creating a transparent, stress-free experience for clients? At Progressive Ford, we’re looking for a Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager who will put customers first while helping them navigate financing options, protections, and insurance with clarity and trust.

What You’ll Do:

  • Customer-Centric Financing: Guide clients through the financing process with professionalism, transparency, and care—ensuring every step is clear, supportive, and tailored to their needs.
  • Product Solutions: Present and offer F&I products such as extended warranties, protection packages, and GAP insurance in a way that prioritizes value and peace of mind for the customer.
  • Team Collaboration: Partner closely with the sales team to create a seamless transition from vehicle purchase to financing.
  • Accuracy & Compliance: Ensure contracts and documentation are complete, accurate, and compliant with all regulations.
  • Education & Support: Provide coaching to the sales team on F&I products and customer-focused selling strategies to enhance the overall client experience.
  • Market Knowledge: Stay informed on lender programs and financing options to deliver the most competitive solutions for our clients.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience as an F&I Manager in a retail automotive dealership.
  • Strong knowledge of financing and insurance products, lender requirements, and compliance standards.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills with a genuine focus on customer service.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage documentation with accuracy.
  • Proficiency with dealership management systems and F&I software.
