ngand shipping goods or raw materials, maintaining associated records and generating necessa
rypaperwork and electronic files in accordance with required procedures, to the highest standards
ofaccuracy and security in an HSE, security and WCE conscientious environmen
t.
MAIN RESPONSIBILIT
IES
• Inspect, receive and store incoming materials (cards, collateral and supplies) in the design
atedareas safely and securely and in accordance with logistics and quality procedu
res;• Follow security procedures when receiving and shipping go
ods;• Accurately perform necessary inventory transactions for cards and collateral in the ERP sys
tem;• Control access to the vaults and ensure a timely and accurate service is provided to o
therdepartments, following vault security guidelines and procedu
res;• Perform daily mailing duties, securely handle electronic mailing lists; sort, label, pack, track,
andtrace mail as well as generate hard and soft documents; and follow dispatch K.R.S relate
d tothe type of portfolio being proces
sed;• Investigate and resolve any shipping/mailing/receiving/issuing issues and bring the
m tomanagement's attention when appropri
ate;• Perform daily Inventory Management activities with cards and collate
ral;• Operate forklift and other material handling equipment as needed in a safe man
ner;• Promote team harmony, help work towards High-Performance team status, and achievemen
t ofthe levels of empowerm
ent;• Participate in and support the team in all HSE, security and 5S culture and procedu
res;• Report all unsafe acts and conditions and security violations. Participate in all scheduled HSE
andsecurity train
ing;• Other duties as necessary to meet specified plant objecti
ves.
REQUIRE
MENTS• High school equivalent or higher with good math sk
ills;• Knowledge of ERP systems is a plus and not a hard require
ment.• Prior experience working in a team environment is a
plus• At least 3 years of experience with computers (familiarity with Microsoft Word, E
xcel)• Prior experience within the shipping depar
tment• Strong work ethics, sense of responsibility and confidenti
ality• Prior experience working with numbers (inventory) and detail-oriented/ orga
nized• Able to understand a sense of ur
gency• Good decision-making and problem-solving sk
ills;• A mature attitude and a strong work ethic are essen
tial;• Ability to work without constant supervi
sion;• Ability to work during weekends when requ
ired.• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs boxes d
aily.• Must wear safety shoes as per Thales recommendations at all
time
