Description
As the Key Account Representative, you will provide ongoing support to high value clients. You will implement business strategies to achieve profitable business relationships and identify new revenue opportunities with major accounts. You will work remotely in the Dollard, QC area. You will report to the Regional Sales Director.
Key Responsibilities
Develop multiple contacts within the owner account and contract chain to identify sources of influences vertically throughout our organization. Identify the contract chain progression including awards of key projects. Communicate all useful project development, contract awards and developments to the commercial team. Use company provided market data, including project data to both identify new project opportunities and track ongoing opportunities. Record, maintain, and report key intelligence within company provided CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software. Support and guide the PPC organization to coordinate product testing, new product development and technologies. Work closely with our distributor/partner in the Atlantic to support and grow the business.
Qualifications
High school diploma required, with at least 3 years of experience with stellar customer service acuity. Must be fluently bilingual in French and English languages. Outside sales experience required. CRM software experience preferred while previous coatings experience is sought after. Daily travel within an assigned territory; must have valid driver's license.
