La Clinique Médicale 360 est à la recherche d’une infirmière praticienne spécialisée ou d’un infirmier praticien spécialisé en soins de première ligne pour se joindre à son équipe clinique. La personne retenue offrira des soins de première ligne en clinique privée, assurera le suivi de sa clientèle et collaborera avec l’équipe médicale et administrative afin d’offrir une expérience de soins complète et personnalisée.

La clinique accompagne une clientèle composée d’individus et d’entreprises, et souhaite agrandir son équipe clinique afin de répondre à la demande. La personne recherchée aura à cœur la qualité des soins, le bien-être des patients et la collaboration interprofessionnelle. Elle exercera son rôle avec autonomie, tout en bénéficiant du soutien de l’équipe clinique, médicale et administrative.
Principales responsabilités
Réaliser des bilans de santé et des évaluations cliniques en soins de première ligne Assurer le suivi des patients et la gestion des maladies chroniques Effectuer des consultations, des évaluations et des suivis selon les besoins de la clientèle Participer aux services de consultation sans rendez-vous Contribuer au développement de services cliniques liés à ses champs d’intérêt, selon les besoins de la clinique Conditions et avantages
Des consultations planifiées de façon à accorder le temps nécessaire à chaque patient Une clientèle établie et en croissance, permettant de développer sa pratique Une équipe de plus de 30 personnes offrant un soutien administratif, clinique et à la facturation Une rémunération concurrentielle, soutenue par un volume de patients établi Une collaboration médicale favorisant l’autonomie, le soutien clinique et l’interprofessionnalité Des outils performants : DME Omnimed avec accès au DSQ, télémédecine, prise de rendez-vous et rappels en ligne, laboratoire sur place Un horaire flexible favorisant la conciliation travail-vie personnelle Un milieu de travail collaboratif, respectueux et convivial Des installations agréables et facilement accessibles Le profil recherché

Key Responsibilities
Conduct health check-ups and clinical assessments in primary care Ensuring patient follow-up and chronic disease management Carry out consultations, evaluations and follow-ups according to the needs of the clientele Participate in walk-in consultation services Contribute to the development of clinical services related to his/her fields of interest, according to the needs of the clinic
