The Gaming branch is responsible to achieve annual revenue targets through provincially operated gaming activities that align with AGLC's vision of responsible gaming. The branch ensures that Gaming activities in the province are operated with integrity and social responsibility, aligning with Gaming Regulations and Board Policy and deliver on commitments to stakeholders in the province of Alberta.
Gaming activities included Electronic Gaming Machines (EGMs), Electronic Table Games (ETGs), Video Lottery Terminals (VLTs), Lottery and Online Gambling.

JOB SUMMARY
Are you a detail-oriented administrator who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment? Do you enjoy coordinating complex logistics planning and building strong relationships across teams and vendors?
AGLC is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to support the deployment of gaming equipment across Alberta. This role is key to ensuring smooth operations for our gaming networks—including Video Lottery Terminals (VLTs), Electronic Gaming Machines (EGMs), ticket lottery terminals, and more.
What you’ll do!
- Plan and schedule installations, removals, relocations, and renovations of gaming terminals across Alberta.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and freight companies to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
- Maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders to resolve issues and adapt to changing needs.
- Collaborate with IT, Gaming Services, and vendors to support new product rollouts and keep projects on track.
- Manage scheduling calendars, lease updates, and verification of asset moves.
- Entry into various databases to comply with operation compliances.
- Exposure to many lines of the Gaming business.
- Communicate and create truck schedules based on availability with Technical Services and our courier company.
SKILLS & ABILITIES
- 3+ years of experience in inventory management or warehouse operations, preferably in the gaming industry.
- High School diploma required
- Proficiency using various inventory systems
- Logistics or Inventory knowledge is an asset.
