Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for an Office Services Coordinator in the Natural Resources industry in Calgary, Alberta.
Join a fast-paced workplace as an Office Services Coordinator supporting daily operations, facilities, and employee experience. This onsite contract role is perfect for someone organized, hands-on, and service-driven who thrives in a busy office environment and enjoys coordinating vendors, managing office logistics, and supporting teams. This contract role duration is expected to be 1-3 months,
A Typical Day
Coordinate office maintenance, vendor services, and facility requests Manage mail, courier services, and office supply inventory Support meetings, events, and office move or reconfiguration projects Process invoices, P-Card transactions, and payment requests Assist with onboarding, access control, and workplace safety initiatives
Successful Candidates Will Have
Possess 1–2 years of office or administrative experience Demonstrate strong organization, multitasking, and time management skills Show proficiency with MS Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook Exhibit excellent communication, professionalism, and attention to detail Maintain a proactive attitude with ability to lift and move supplies when needed
Total Rewards
$40.00 hourly Full-time schedule Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM onsite Immediate start with opportunity to expand experience Collaborative and professional work environment Exposure to facilities, administration, and corporate operations
Soft Skills
Independent Professional Excellent communication skills Organized
