About the role

Line of Business: Service & Support Pay Range: $136,330.00 – $181,816.66 About Us Heidelberg Materials is one of the world's largest suppliers of building materials. What You'll Be Doing Partner with sales and operational leaders to drive commercial alignment, performance, and business growth. Standardize and optimize sales processes, tools, and best practices across the organization. Lead sales enablement initiatives that improve productivity, customer engagement, and commercial execution. Drive CRM and sales technology adoption by improving processes, data quality, reporting, and user effectiveness. Facilitate data collection, reporting, and analysis to provide actionable insights and support decision-making. Support the commercial management cycle, including performance reviews, planning processes, and forecasting activities. Provide regional consultation and ongoing support to sales teams and leadership. Develop, manage, and maintain enablement content, resources, and communications. Foster cross-functional collaboration between sales, operations, marketing, finance, and other key stakeholders. What Are We Looking For Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales management, sales operations, sales enablement, or a related commercial leadership role. Proven track record of influencing sales leaders and business stakeholders to achieve strategic objectives. Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and coach sales teams while driving adoption of tools, processes, and best practices. Strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, pipeline management, and commercial operations. Proficiency with CRM platforms, sales technologies, reporting tools, and enablement systems, with the ability to train and communicate their value effectively. Work Environment Hybrid office and field-based environment with regular collaboration across business functions. Frequent interaction with sales teams, operational leaders, and corporate stakeholders. Occasional travel may be required to support business initiatives, training programs, and team meetings.
