Role Description We're hiring a Business Development Executive to join our team remotely from India. This is a fully remote, developmental, growth-focused role for someone early in their career who's hungry to learn how a modern media agency wins clients, and to grow into something bigger with us. You'll be the engine of our outreach: generating leads, making calls, booking meetings, and managing our social presence. You'll work directly with the founder, getting real exposure to how a Canadian creative agency operates day to day.
What you'll do: Generate new leads and build a strong client pipeline Make outbound calls and follow up consistently with prospects Book qualified meetings with potential clients Manage and grow our Instagram and LinkedIn presence Conduct light market research to identify opportunities Own day-to-day business development tasks and keep things moving
What we're looking for: Exceptional spoken and written English — this is non-negotiable Confidence on the phone and a genuine self-starter attitude Strong communication and relationship-building instincts Organized, curious, and able to juggle multiple priorities independently Comfort working across time zones Any prior sales, lead-gen, or social media experience is a plus (but attitude beats résumé here) Familiarity with CRM tools or basic productivity software is an asset What we offer: Fully remote — work from anywhere in India Fixed salary: ₹20,000–₹30,000/month ₹1,000 bonus for every qualified meeting booked — your earning is in your hands A developmental role with real room to grow Direct mentorship and exposure to the inner workings of a Canadian creative agency If you're early in your career and want to prove yourself, this is your shot.
