Who We Are:
As Canada’s Bridge and Infrastructure Company, Atlantic Industries Limited (AIL) operates a coast-to-coast network of sales/engineering offices and manufacturing plants. Based in Sackville, NB, you will spend time in the office with your team and regularly travel throughout the region with sales representatives to support key accounts and project opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Growth
- Develop and implement regional sales strategies to grow AIL’s core steel products in the civil construction market.

- Monitor performance against targets and take corrective action where needed.
- Provide regular reports and insights to senior management.
Product Promotion & Pricing
- Work with marketing to develop targeted campaigns, materials, and events to promote AIL’s steel solutions.
- Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and association events to raise our profile and expand the customer base.
- Partner with the pricing team to develop competitive, profitable pricing strategies and help the team become trusted advisors who can influence specifications and position AIL as a preferred/sole source.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate closely with production, logistics, engineering, customer service, and external vendors to ensure smooth execution from quote to delivery.
- Communicate customer requirements and market feedback internally to support continuous improvement.
Compliance & Ethics
- Ensure all sales activities comply with legal, ethical, and company standards.
- Promote a culture of integrity, professionalism, and customer focus within the sales team.
About You
You are an experienced sales leader who enjoys being close to the market and to your team. You’re equally comfortable in front of a client, reviewing a set of drawings, or working through strategy with senior leadership.
You bring:
- A degree in business, marketing, engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in civil engineering, construction, or related industrial/steel products.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of building, coaching, and motivating successful sales teams.
