What the job involves
- Reports to: VP, Partner Solutions Engineering and Services
- We are seeking a Director, Partner Services, Americas to lead our Service Delivery Managers (SDMs) and drive the growth and operational excellence of Cloudflare’s Authorized Service Delivery (ASD) partners and MSSP business
- This is a strategic player/coach role responsible for building and scaling technical services practices with partners, ensuring exceptional post-sales experiences, and enabling partners to deliver Cloudflare solutions at scale
- You will act as a trusted advisor to MSPs, Distribution partners, and MSSPs, engaging at the C-suite and senior leadership level to guide them through their Cloudflare journey
- You will also lead, mentor, and develop a team of SDMs responsible for post-sales technical enablement, ensuring scalable service coverage and partner success across geographies
- Lead and grow the Partner Services team, providing clear direction, mentorship, and professional development for SDMs
- Drive operational excellence in the onboarding, enablement, and ongoing success of ASD and MSSP partners
- Define and implement a scalable framework for partner technical services, including enablement programs, bootcamps, workshops, and certifications
- Build strong relationships with Solutions and Services Partners serving as a trusted advisor for post-sales technical strategy and delivery
- Partner closely with Sales, Solutions Engineering, Product, and Customer Support teams to ensure alignment and successful partner outcomes
- Oversee the development and deployment of tools, frameworks, and resources that enhance partner capabilities in service delivery
- Ensure high partner satisfaction through continuous feedback loops, proactive issue resolution, and strategic guidance
- Lead initiatives to grow technical services capabilities for partners, including the MSSP business and global ASD program
- Drive the creation of technical services best practices, reference architectures, and solution frameworks to scale partner delivery excellence
- Manage regional and global performance metrics, operational diligence, and strategic partner initiatives
