Salary: $50,200 - $58,000 IMT Precision does not use artificial intelligence, automated screening systems, or algorithm-based decision tools in any part of the hiring process for this position. All applications are reviewed by human reviewers. Position Summary The Inventory Coordinator is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records and supporting material availability for production within a manufacturing environment. This role plays a key part in cycle counting, inventory reconciliation, material movements, and ERP transaction integrity.
The Inventory Coordinator works closely with Production, Planning, Receiving, Shipping, and Warehouse teams to ensure materials are controlled, available when required, and aligned with operational and financial requirements.

- Demonstrated focus on continuous improvement and cost savings
Education & Experience Education:
- Post-secondary education in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience
Experience:
- 3-5 years of inventory experience within a manufacturing environment
- Cycle counting, reconciliation, and inventory investigation
- Supporting ERP transactions in a production environment
- Experience in the defense industry considered an asset
Technical Experience:
- Strong proficiency with ERP/MRP systems
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel required)
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX or D365 considered an asset
- Understanding of BOM structures and master data integrity
- Knowledge of materials processes, inventory control, and warehouse coordination
- Familiarity with inventory investigation and root-cause analysis methodologies
Knowledge
- Inventory control processes (raw materials, WIP, finished goods)
- Cycle count programs and variance investigation
- ERP transaction controls and data accuracy
- Production material flow and scheduling coordination
- Warehouse operations and material handling practices
Skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Strong task management and prioritization abilities
- Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively in a team environment
