Job Duties
- Manage daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse operations, monitoring KPIs such as productivity, accuracy, lead time, and service levels.
- Lead and mentor a team of supervisors, operators, and administrative staff, ensuring optimal workforce planning, scheduling, and performance.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety policies and regulatory compliance, leading incident investigations and preventive actions.
- Oversee inventory control, including discrepancy resolution, damage management, and storage optimization.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer service, KPI reporting, claims handling, and SLA management.
- Control operational costs, including labor, equipment, consumables, and vendor expenses, while identifying productivity improvements.
- Drive projects such as warehouse relocations, layout redesigns, new customer onboarding, and operational expansions, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations (receiving, picking, packing, shipping, inventory control)
- Hands-on experience with WMS/ERP systems and Microsoft Office
- Understanding of warehouse equipment operations (forklifts, pallet jacks, clamp trucks)
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Customer-service oriented, with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Flexible to work extended hours, weekends, or holidays as needed
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $65,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
