##About the Role
As skoah continues to expand across retail and digital, we are hiring anOmnichannel Operations Leadto own the execution and rollout of marketing initiatives, retail systems, and customer experience across our shops and e-commerce channels. This role sits at the intersection of marketing execution, retail operations, and digital systems.
This is a highly operational role focused on turning ideas into execution across every touchpoint of the business. You will lead the coordination and execution of cross-functional initiatives across retail, e-commerce, and digital marketing, ensuring every launch is accurate, on time, and consistent across all locations.
You are someone who thrives in execution. You know how to move from plan to rollout, can manage multiple timelines at once, and are confident working directly inside marketing and e-commerce platforms. You will operate with a high level of ownership and autonomy, managing initiatives from planning through execution with minimal oversight.
You will work closely with leadership across retail, digital, and product teams, playing a key role in scaling bothskoahandFITSKIN.
##What You'll Own
###Campaign Execution & Rollouts
- Own the end-to-end execution of monthly marketing campaigns across retail, e-commerce, and digital channels
- Coordinate campaign launches across email, website, paid ads, and in-shop execution
- Ensure all campaigns are deployed accurately, on time, and aligned across all touchpoints
- Manage campaign assets, including signage, shop materials, and digital creative
###Project Management & Retail Initiatives
- Lead cross-functional project timelines across marketing, retail, and digital teams
- Build clear implementation plans and ensure alignment across all stakeholders
- Coordinate shop rollouts, including signage, promotions, and operational updates
- Ensure consistency and quality of execution across all locations
###Marketing Platforms & Execution
- Build and deploy email campaigns in Klaviyo
- Execute website updates and landing pages in Shopify
- Upload and manage marketing assets across digital platforms
- Coordinate influencer, creator, and partnership activations
###Digital Advertising
- Execute campaign setup across Meta Ads and Google Ads, including creative uploads, targeting, and budget coordination
- Monitor campaign performance and support optimization efforts
- Ensure alignment between ad creative, landing pages, and campaign messaging
###Retail Systems & Platform Coordination
- Support and coordinate systems across shops including Mindbody (MBO), Acuity Scheduling, Square POS, Shopify POS, and Square Websites
- Ensure marketing campaigns and promotions are properly integrated into booking flows and retail systems
- Coordinate or support rollout of new tools, systems, and customer experience initiatives
E-Commerce & Customer Journey
- Manage and support ongoing optimization of the Shopify e-commerce platform
- Execute website updates, landing pages, and campaign integrations
- Identify opportunities to improve the online customer journey and conversion
Analytics & Reporting
- Track and report on campaign performance across email, paid media, and e-commerce
- Build and maintain dashboards to support decision-making
- Identify trends and opportunities to improve campaign effectiveness
##What Success Looks Like
- Campaigns are launched on time with high accuracy across all channels
- Retail rollouts are consistent across all shops with minimal execution gaps
- Email, website, and ad campaigns are deployed independently and efficiently
- Marketing performance is clearly tracked and reported
- Systems and processes become more streamlined and scalable over time
What You Bring
-You have experience executing campaigns directly within marketing platforms, not just supporting or coordinating them. -2–4 years of experiencein marketing operations, digital marketing, e-commerce, or project coordination
- Hands-on experience executing campaigns across email, web, and paid media platforms
- Strong working knowledge of Shopify, Klaviyo, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics (or similar tools)
- Experience coordinating projects across multiple teams and managing timelines
- Familiarity with retail or booking systems such as Mindbody (MBO), Acuity Scheduling, Square POS, or Shopify POS
- Comfort working with data, dashboards, and campaign performance metrics
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple moving pieces at once
- Experience in retail, multi-location businesses, or direct-to-consumer brands is a strong asset
- Creative instincts and familiarity with design tools are helpful, but this is primarily an execution-focused role

##Compensation
$65,000 – $75,000 base salary, based on experience

As we grow, this remains true. Many of skoah’s first customers had never been to a spa. skoah was a completely new experience in their lives. A new experience that helped provide a roadmap to healthy skin! Relying on an empathetic krew who listen to undertstand what customers want, was the most critical building block. Hiring a chemist to work with to develop products meant we could guide the process by listening to real customer needs and desires. Andrea even went back to school to become a certified makeup artist and developed a makeup line to accompany the skoah skin care line. Our goal is to bring skoah’s uniquely personalized skin care training – and roadmap to healthy skin – into new communities across North America one face at a time. skoah has become a place to learn about your skin and how to take care of it. But most importantly its a place to always leave with a “skoah glow” and feeling great from the skin in.
