Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Line Cook to join our busy restaurant team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes in accordance with our recipes and quality standards. This role requires a passion for food, excellent food handling skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The Line Cook will play a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests through precise meal preparation and food service.

Duties

• Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and presentation standards
• Ensure all food is cooked to proper temperatures and meets safety standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment and workstations
• Follow food safety guidelines and proper food handling procedures at all times
• Serve dishes promptly and accurately to ensure customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during service hours
• Restock ingredients and supplies as needed to ensure efficient workflow

Requirements

• Previous experience in food preparation, cooking, or food service is preferred, especially within a restaurant or food industry setting
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques
• Strong understanding of meal preparation and cooking methods
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good communication skills and ability to work well as part of a team
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays if required
• Prior restaurant or kitchen experience is highly desirable but not mandatory for motivated learners
• You must be able to work as late as 2 am and have your own was to get home.
• You must have excellent English speaking skills

Pay: $17.20-$21.00 per hour
