About the role
Get paid to call people who already want to hear from you. Remote, flexible hours, built for people who can call during the day. We're Perseus. We help med spa clinics grow, and we've built a warm outbound machine. This is not cold calling. Every lead you dial has already raised their hand by engaging with our emails, and most come with a full intel brief and the owner's name ready to go.
The hours
This is a flexible role, roughly 20 to 25 hours per week. The catch: our leads answer during business hours, so you need real daytime availability. This is not a side gig you can squeeze around a full-time nine to five. If your days are already committed to another job, this won't be the right fit. The pay
50 dollars per appointment that books AND shows up 10 percent commission on every set that closes (high-ticket four-figure programs, so closes pay real money) No base. Pure upside. Book 5 shows in a day and that's 250 dollars before a single deal closes.

Our email sequences warm every lead before you call You only dial people who've opened, clicked, or visited our page, so interest is hot Every lead comes with a pre-call brief so you go in informed The owner's name is available around 80 percent of the time, so you skip the gatekeeper
Who we want
Open daytime availability, not tied to a full-time job elsewhere Confident and clear on the phone Coachable and reliable A quiet space, solid internet, and a headset Comfortable with performance-based pay Setting or phone sales experience is a plus, not a must
