As an early in career member within the Marketing Chapter you are externally focused on all stakeholders including a very patient and customer centric mindset.
You have a strong bias for action including a deep curiosity to understand our customers and our patients to develop and deliver marketing content and engagements meaningful to them with the customer at the centre. You develop and execute tactical plans in partnership with cross functional partners in lock step with the Strategic Marketing Partner to deliver a strong business performance for Roche and a stellar customer experience.
You also have an agile working style, a curious and questioning mindset, and a strong desire to deliver greater value to our customers, their patients, and Roche. You consistently strive for excellence.
The Opportunity
- You seek to understand and drive for action using key Insights that have an Impact on the HCP and Patient journeys and experiences within the ecosystem are sought out , prioritized and actioned to deliver on Roche’s business
- You develop and execute content and campaigns so that the HCPs recognize the value that Roche brands bring to them and to the ecosystem
- You are responsible for the pull through of the omnichannel customer experience plan including development of personalized persona based marketing content based on insights
- You have a strong understanding of available channels and strategically leverage them to optimize impact and achieve business outcomes
- You develop (and co create where possible) engaging patient campaigns and tools when aligned with brand strategy
- You manage compliant execution and continuous optimization of internal processes around marketing content planning, content creation, content production, internal review and approval, and content distribution and other various Marketing requirements
- You continuously evaluate opportunities for optimizing our customer experience through Omnichannel engagement and are responsive to the needs of the customer
- You are responsible for analyzing marketing content effectiveness and ROI based on available performance and engagement data to generate insights and enable data-driven decision making that optimizes ongoing campaigns and future content creation
Who You Are
- You hold a bachelor’s degree required, preferable in Science or Business. An advanced degree is an asset (MBA, MBiotech , MSC etc.)
- You have a minimum of 3 years of demonstrated success in Pharmaceuticals or Diagnostics including operations, analytics, digital, customer or medical focused roles
- You have a strong understanding of the Health Canada Food and Drug Act and the PAAB (Pharmaceutical Advertising Advisory Board ) and the ASC ( Advertising Standards Council)
- Demonstrated bias for action and customer centric mindset is critical
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a highly collaborative and networked environment
Preferred
- Bilingualism in English and French is an asset
- Broad range of experience across multiple therapeutic areas
- Experience in competitive markets
- Proficient at working by outcomes and impact retrospectives to support agile ways of working
