What You’ll Do:
- Lead Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement marketing campaigns that align with corporate strategy and deliver measurable results.
- Drive ROI: Use data analytics, market research, and competitive benchmarking to optimize performance and maximize return on investment.
- Own the Digital Ecosystem: Oversee websites, social media, and digital campaigns to ensure consistent brand presence.
- Create Impactful Content: Develop technical collateral and ensure all marketing assets meet professional and thematic standards.
- Coach & Inspire: Lead and mentor a marketing team to execute plans effectively.
- Collaborate for Success: Work closely with the Corporate Strategy Manager to plan and execute marketing and advertising initiatives.
- Innovate & Elevate: Bring creative ideas to life across channels, ensuring brand consistency and resonance in a competitive market.
- Increase Industry Presence: Drive initiatives that strengthen brand positioning and visibility within the industry through events, partnerships, thought leadership, and targeted outreach.

Who You Are:

What You Should Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, commerce, or related field (MBA or post-grad is an asset).
- 5+ years of business-to-business marketing experience with technical products or services.
- Proven ability to build relationships across functions and lead with a positive, team-based approach.
- Experience working with hardware products within Aerospace or Defence sectors is considered an asset.
- Experience using graphic design and video editing tools is considered an asset.

- Salary Range for this position: $70,000.00–$110,000.00 (final compensation will be based on experience, skills, and fit)

We have applied our equipment condition analysis engineering capabilities to develop and execute fleet maintenance programs which transform maintenance from the traditional scheduled or reactive maintenance, to a more proactive condition based approach. This approach has also exposed us to the industry need to provide high performance, responsive, maintenance, repair and overhaul services for high value aviation components.
