Strategic Accounts Coordinator – Antec Controls

The Role

The Strategic Accounts Coordinator supports the management and growth of the company’s key and strategic customer accounts. This role focuses on coordination, execution, and internal alignment—ensuring customer programs, pricing, orders, and communications are handled accurately and consistently.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-focused, and eager to build a strong foundation in account management, commercial operations, and cross-functional coordination.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and execution of short- and long-term plans for strategic accounts.
  • Help drive product standardization, specification alignment, and consistent customer programs across regions.
  • Identify growth opportunities, customer needs, and competitive risks, and translate them into actionable plans.
  • Participate in key customer meetings and committees to support brand presence and alignment.
  • Maintain account programs, including pricing frameworks, specifications, and service expectations.
  • Support major projects from specification through delivery, helping resolve issues related to scheduling, performance, or field support.
  • Actively support revenue growth through pipeline tracking, opportunity coordination, and project follow-through.
  • Serve as a day-to-day contact for assigned international accounts, ensuring responsiveness and follow-through.
  • Support onboarding of new customers, specifications, and product programs across multiple locations.
  • Coordinate and support product training sessions for customers, consultants, and contractors.

The ideal candidate for this position will have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in sales support, account management, project coordination, or technical commercial roles within HVAC, building products, or a related industry.
  • Strong interest in HVAC systems, specifications, and technical products
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities, stakeholders, and projects simultaneously.
  • Clear, confident communicator with strong organizational and follow-up skills.
  • Willingness to travel internationally (approximately 25–40%).
