About the role

Stacey Danley at Aplin is partnering with a growing commercial property management company to recruit an experienced Property Administrator. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organized professional with commercial property administration experience and advanced Yardi expertise to join a collaborative team and support a growing portfolio.

What You'll Do Administer a portfolio of commercial properties using Yardi. Maintain accurate property and tenant records while ensuring system data integrity. Assist with preparation of owner reports and forecasting. Process tenant billings, operating cost recoveries, CAM reconciliations, and rent adjustments. Monitor receivables, assist with accounts payable and receivable, and investigate financial variances. Coordinate vendor documentation and support operational and portfolio initiatives. Serve as the team's Yardi expert, identifying process improvements, supporting system enhancements, and assisting with user training. Collaborate closely with the Property Manager to ensure the efficient day-to-day operation of the portfolio. What You'll Bring 3–5+ years of commercial property administration experience. Advanced proficiency with Yardi. Experience with financial administration such as tenant billings and rent adjustments. Strong Excel skills and exceptional attention to detail. Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities. A proactive approach with a passion for improving processes and supporting a growing business.
