About The Role We are seeking an experienced AI Systems Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining sophisticated AI solutions that align with our organizational goals and client needs. Qualifications The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of professional experience working with AI software development languages such as C# and Python. A strong proficiency in machine learning libraries, algorithms, and data modeling is essential. Candidates should hold a university degree in Software Engineering or an equivalent post-secondary qualification, complemented by substantial practical experience. A comprehensive understanding of data structures, software architecture, and system integration is required. Soft skills such as excellent communication, collaborative mindset, problem-solving capabilities, and a commitment to ethical AI practices are highly valued. Bonus points are given to bilingual candidates fluent in both English and French, written and spoken.
Responsibilities
- Analyze the AI needs of the organization and propose innovative, scalable solutions.
