Job Summary
The Business Systems and Proposal Coordinator supports digital operations, Odoo ERP administration, and proposal development within the organization. The role includes maintaining accurate ERP records, entering expenses, supporting HR workflows, assisting with new module implementations, and helping build process automations. The position also supports business development by preparing proposal content, organizing work breakdowns and estimates with the technical team, reviewing draft material, and assembling complete proposal submissions. This role is well suited to a student or early‑career candidate in business, IT, or a related field who is interested in ERP systems, technology, and proposal coordination.
Key Responsibilities

Maintain and administer Odoo ERP data, including expenses, records, HR workflows, and system updates.

Support implementation of new Odoo modules and contribute to improving internal digital processes and automations.

Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with developers to resolve technical problems.

Assist in proposal development by drafting, reviewing, and organizing content in collaboration with the technical team.

Prepare complete proposal submissions, track new RFP opportunities, and support related business development activities.
Must‑Have Qualifications

Must be located in Canada and legally authorized to work in Canada.

Technical experience in a professional office environment and strong proficiency with digital business tools.

Familiarity with ERP, CRM, or similar business systems.

Ability to identify and troubleshoot technical issues with support from developers.

Strong document drafting and editing skills using modern productivity tools.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage deadlines and maintain accurate, detailed records.

Compensation and Hours

Wage: $25.00 to $38.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
