Successful HelmsBriscoe Associates
are self-motivated possess an entrepreneurial spirit focus on business development understand how to uncover potential business possess the knowledge and skills necessary to negotiate competitive offers to meet their clients' needs commit to dedicated and focused work Our years of experience shows the more time and effort you put into your business, the higher your earning potential can become. As an independent contractor, you are paid commission on group rooms revenue actualized by your clients.
Primary Responsibilities
Whether your client is booking a large-scale association event or a smaller corporate function, you act as a consultant to match your clients' specific meeting needs with the most appropriate venues at the best value Prospect for clients through a variety of proven sales strategies Collaborate with your clients to understand their needs Send the request for proposals (RFPs) on behalf of your clients Manage the entire site selection process on your clients' behalf Follow up with hotels to ensure all responses are received and complete Facilitate the contracting process Conduct post-event follow-ups with your clients and contracted hotels At HelmsBriscoe, we excel at building relationships and maintaining a work-life balance.
