Role Overview
Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing, the Senior Product Marketing Manager will own critical elements of FacilityOS’s product marketing function, including product marketing strategy, analyst relations, value proposition development, and partner marketing.
You will define how we articulate our value, shape market perception, and empower our teams and partners to succeed. This role is ideal for a strategic product marketer who navigates seamlessly between big-picture storytelling and hands-on execution—and who is ready to grow into a people leadership role as our team expands.
You Will Own
Product Marketing Strategy
- Collaborate cross-functionally to develop and continuously refine the overarching product marketing strategy aligned to company and product roadmaps.
- Translate market dynamics, customer insights, and competitive trends into actionable direction for messaging, positioning, and GTM motions.
- Execute go-to-market plans that meet financial and product adoption targets.
Promotions & Campaign Alignment
- Partner with demand generation to design high-impact product promotions and thematic campaigns.
- Ensure promotions reflect accurate messaging, value drivers, and audience insights.
Analyst Relations
- Own relationships with key industry analysts and research firms.
- Drive FacilityOS inclusion and performance in relevant reports, briefings, and evaluations.
- Ensure FacilityOS is well represented on analyst and review platforms
- Create briefing materials, guide competitive positioning, and lead internal preparation sessions.
Value Proposition & ROI Story
- Continually craft a differentiated, compelling value proposition and platform narrative that resonates with buyers across segments.
- Work with sales enablement and customer experience leaders to ensure customer facing team members can confidently articulate business value.
Partner Marketing
- Build GTM programs that support partner acquisition, enablement, and co-marketing initiatives.
- Create partner-ready messaging, positioning, and demand assets that amplify joint value.
You Will Support
Product Launches
- Collaborate on launch planning and execution by providing messaging, market insights, and positioning guidance.
- Support launch documentation, internal enablement, and marketing activation.
Competitive Intelligence
- Contribute insights to the ongoing competitive program by identifying trends, capturing field intel, and supporting enablement materials such as battlecards.
Vertical Content
- Assist in developing industry-specific messaging, playbooks, and content that aligns products to unique vertical needs and workflows.
Sales Content & Enablement
- Support creation of sales collateral, pitch decks, one-pagers, and proof materials.
- Assist in keeping content aligned with the latest messaging frameworks.
AI Enabled GTM Initiatives
- Create inputs and product context to train GTM AI agents – including data, scripts, and playbooks.
- Ensure alignment between AI outputs, product narrative, and GTM positioning.
What You’ll Bring
- 5–8+ years of B2B SaaS product marketing experience.
- Demonstrated success owning end-to-end product marketing responsibilities (strategy, messaging, value story, enablement).
- Strong communication skills—able to synthesize complexity into clarity.
- Proficiency in building buyer personas and mapping buyer journeys.
- Experience collaborating with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and leadership teams.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.
- A strategic mindset paired with a bias toward action.
- A Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent
- Knowledge of the Pragmatic, Strategyzer or PMA framework is a plus.
