About the Role
As a Senior Business Analyst within our Property & Casualty Insurance practice, you will play a pivotal role in driving requirements management and solution design for strategic transformation initiatives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable insights and system capabilities.
What You’ll Do
- Lead requirements gathering and documentation for P&C insurance transformation programmes.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to define functional specifications and user stories.
- Analyse and validate business processes, data flows, and system interactions.
- Support Guidewire product implementations and enhancements (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter).
- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, and walkthroughs to elicit and refine requirements.
- Ensure traceability and alignment of requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide input into test planning, UAT, and defect triage.
- Act as a liaison between business users and technology teams to ensure solution integrity.
What You Must Have to Be Considered
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in business analysis, with a strong focus on requirements management.
- Proven expertise in Property & Casualty Insurance domain (mandatory).
- Experience with Guidewire products (preferred).
- Experience with Rating (preferred)
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
- Experience working in consulting or client-facing environments.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
