Experience Required Minimum 3-5 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, account management, or a related marketing role Previous agency experience is strongly preferred Experience managing multiple brands, campaigns, and deadlines simultaneously Proven experience in client communication, project coordination, and content strategy Experience leading projects independently and taking ownership of deliverables

Position Overview We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Digital Marketing Manager to oversee client accounts, manage communication, and lead execution across multiple projects and campaigns.
This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for someone proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing responsibilities independently while maintaining a high standard of professionalism.
The ideal candidate is someone who: Takes initiative without needing constant follow-up Communicates clearly and professionally Understands deadlines, accountability, and organization Can confidently manage multiple moving parts in a fast-paced environment Wants to grow within a long-term team and leadership environment
You will work directly alongside our content, design, and strategy team while helping maintain quality, organization, and consistency across client accounts.
Key Responsibilities Social Media Management Manage day-to-day operations for client social media accounts Create and organize monthly content calendars and posting schedules Coordinate content approvals and ensure deliverables are completed on time Publish and schedule content across multiple platforms Monitor engagement, comments, messages, and community interaction Maintain quality control and brand consistency across all content Assist with analytics tracking, reporting, and performance reviews
Content Strategy & Creative Direction Develop content strategies tailored to each client’s goals and audience Brainstorm and pitch creative campaign ideas Assist with campaign planning and execution Create social media concepts, rollout plans, and promotional ideas Research trends, platform updates, and viral content opportunities Collaborate with the content and design team on creative direction Help guide video concepts, captions, hooks, and storytelling angles Contribute ideas for brand awareness, engagement, lead generation, and growth Assist with seasonal campaigns, launches, activations, and marketing initiatives Identify opportunities for content improvement and optimization
Content & Communication Generate blog and content topic ideas Assist with copywriting, captions, and proofreading Communicate professionally with clients through email, calls, and meetings Coordinate internally with content, design, and leadership teams
Organization & Administration Help organize project timelines, shoots, meetings, and deliverables Assist with internal and external event coordination Maintain organized workflows and communication across projects Support operational efficiency and team coordination
What We’re Looking For Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing Excellent communication, writing, and organizational skills Ability to multitask and manage deadlines effectively Professional, reliable, and solution-oriented mindset Strong attention to detail and quality control Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team Someone who is proactive, accountable, and comfortable taking ownership
Assets (Not Required) Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) Meta Business Suite, Asana, Figma, HubSpot, Dropbox Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Experience working within Apple ecosystems and devices
